We're not sure how something so small and simple can be so effective but these balls are a GAME-CHANGER! Great for releasing tight pecs, traps, rotator cuff, lats, hips, glutes and getting deep into trigger points!

Just find a nice door/wall to press up against (we recommend staying away from white/light coloured walls as it can mark them over time).
